Prior to November 2012 me actually participating in a 5K? Oh my goodness, no way no how! Sure I could walk that distance but actually doing one for FUN? Are you kidding me? So what happened - the best-est of friends encouragement, and now CRAZY me I am hooked - bring on the 5K's, the friends, improving times, da' bling, and the after parties! Shoot, maybe even a 10K some day in my future... oh wait a minute now baby steps, Tortoise, baby steps..
